The fact that you claim that OS X is a flawless operating system, just shows that you have very little experience with computers. Here’s one for you; no operating system is flawless and never will be.

  • mrroby123 says:

what about AMD cpus, did you think of that??

  • mrroby123 says:

its not the pc hardware thats bad, what we really need is a os like mac that has really good hardware support, normal game support and a bios and we would be set

  • mrroby123 says:

system mechanic 5.5 is old isn’t it(version), you can get a really good program called ccleaner for free, does registry cleaner and other stuff, it might work for you

  • mrroby123 says:

you do realise that macs have display port basically is HDMI/DVI built in so it does support it to a certain extent, but yes macs are shit

  • mrroby123 says:

i remember in your first post too, ” has be a recent release, i think foru to five years is recent enough for sata support right out of the box enough said

  • mrroby123 says:

i don’t need to upgrade, i have a HIS HD5850 its the OS that lags it or issufient driver testing and the fact i have only used RC of the software, sorry for the confusion never tested the final reatail version so could be resolved, and this was also when i had my old gpu with ati beta drivers

  • mrroby123 says:

im not bullshitting as i wouldn’t be posting at the moment im working off the computer that has a sata drive fuck wit and sorry was a little error, xp is sp 1 on the disc but it supported it and always has

  • NobbyBear08 says:

you are an idiot … I play every freaking game on windows 7, no lagging … maybe you should consider upgrading your hardware … but it is easy if something doesn’t work to make Windows 7 responsible for that … as usual … but maybe you are just to dumb …

  • MaximusCerberus says:

And the FINAL nail in the fucking coffin for you:

You said you’re installing SATA drivers on computers using a 7 year old Windows XP disc.

SATA didn’t hit the market until EIGHT years ago!

How does it FEEL to be exposed as a bullshitter?

I do it better than anyone on Earth.

  • MaximusCerberus says:

….. Under these circumstances, no floppy means the impossibility to install Windows XP on SATA (on some mainboards). The result? The installation guide simply won’t detect the SATA HDD.”

Now, fuck off, and choke on my magnificence! Come back to me when you’ve been SCHOOLED better.

  • MaximusCerberus says:

Or perhaps this Softpedia article….one of HUNDREDS!!

“Windows XP does not provide drivers for all the SATA controllers, therefore, during the installation procedure, the user must insert a floppy with the drivers that came in the package along with the motherboard.

Not a big deal, not much effort, but the funny thing is that a great number of people passed on their floppy drives……”

  • MaximusCerberus says:

Actually, fuck that. I’ll let the EVIDENCE speak for itself.

:To install operating system onto a serial ATA hard disk successfully, you need to install the SATA controller driver during OS installation. First of all, copy the driver for the SATA controller from the motherboard driver CD-ROM to a floppy disk. Prepare a startup disk that has CD-ROM support and a blank formatted floppy disk. :

That was written in JULY OF 2008!!!

  • MaximusCerberus says:

First of all, you’re BULLSHITTING, and you prove it each time you say that Windows XP natively supports SATA out of the box! I’ll give you ANOTHER opportunity to read my comment.

I know for a fact that it did NOT support it out of the box. If you have a 7 year old Windows XP disc, then you’re LYING!

Trying to conviince me otherwise will not work, as I’ve been building custom PCs professionally for 15 years, and I’ve literally seen and done it all.

    Conversation OVER! Go play Pokemon

  • mrroby123 says:

mmmmmmmmmmmm i will have to consider, i have tried win 7 but it lags more on games so xp it is until i see a hardware utilization improvement over xp
